At Syco Escape Rooms, We Work Hard to Ensure Your Health and Safety
Here are some measures we're taking to keep our space safe for everyone:
- All bookings are now PRIVATE, so you will always play rooms with only the folks you booked with.
- To make this possible, min and max group size are 4-8 for all rooms
- We’re now using STAGGERED START TIMES to reduce the chance of contact between groups in the lobby.
- We’re leaving plenty of TIME BETWEEN BOOKINGS to ensure our staff have as much time as they need to properly sanitize rooms and the lobby between groups.
- We provide HAND SANITIZER for our guests before and after playing.
- We also have DISPOSABLE GLOVES for guests to use.
- Staff are required to wear FACE MASKS to protect guests. Guests are encouraged to bring their own as well!
- We’re implementing a new RESCHEDULING POLICY to encourage healthy and safe gameplay:
- If any member of your team shows signs of sickness, call us at 815-262-6906 more than 3 hours before your scheduled time. You will be able to reschedule FREE OF CHARGE – stay home and get well soon!
- Calling less than 3 hours ahead of time may incur some charge, as our Game Hosts will have already been called in to help facilitate your game.
